• The agenda for your reception will be custom-tailored according to your personal preferences and style and we will give you expert input on how to make it fun and memorable.
• Your MC and DJ will arrive one hour to 90 minutes prior to your guests’ arrival to set up and do a sound check with the equipment. They will be ready to start performing on time.
• Your MC will coordinate the reception agenda with the designated facility contact as well as the photographer and videographer.
• The well-maintained professional-quality sound and lighting equipment used at your event will be rack- mounted and neatly cased.
• Your DJ will gladly play the song requests you have indicated on your Event Planner as well as the on-the- spot danceable requests from your guests as selection fits and time permits.
• Your MC and DJ will be dressed in appropriate attire, according to the preference you have indicated on your Wedding Reception Planner.
• Your MC and DJ will play continuous music throughout your event without a break and the volume will be set to appropriate levels during cocktail, meal and dance times.
